Pilot suffered engine cut out at 200ft. Found no fault and took off again only for engine cut out at 20ft. Pilot landed on knees but ok. This time found that fuel primer bulb was contracting after 30 seconds causing engine to cut out.

At 400ft pilot parked brakes to adjust trimmers. He then hit turbulence causing the motor to move forward allowing the prop to touch the right brake. This wound on and the prop shattered damaging the cage. The brake then released allowing a safe landing.
