Wing then entered parachutal stall then heli. Pilot did not recover heli and experienced riser twist that locked the brake lines. Lead pilot misjudged turn into wind and hit the ground. Fuel tank ruptured on impact and spilled diesel onto hot engine with no negative effects.	Injury Pilot: Minor Injuries
