Glider recovered with cravat and eventually twisted risers and spiral. Pilot deployed parachute, which opened in front and dislocated pilots shoulder. Pilot was able to disable glider and landed safely under parachute.	Injury Pilot: Seriously Injured, Hands, Arms, Shoulder

Pilot flew into strong thermal and suffered a 70% collapse exiting. Glider re-inflated, pilot regained control and landed safely in the bottom landing field.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt

Pilot, who was in his harness, fully kitted up and wearing his helmet, was dumped down 5 metres away.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt

Glider cravatted and entered rotation. Pilot deployed reserve but became entangled in parachute. Pilot managed to get parachute off and it eventually deployed with some damage.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt

Caused loss of steering control and a landing in a bramble, gorse and hawthorn thicket.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt

Pilot lost pressure in right side of wing and applied brake but was lifted by the gust and dropped 5 metres to his left.	Injury Pilot: Minor Injuries

Inspection of wing showed a rod was missing from leading edge upper surface on the left side of the wing. Pilot does not know what event caused the rod to be missing.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt
