Main glider down-planed and pilot could not prevent it. 8.7m/s descent rate. Luckily pilot hit lift just as he was about to hit the ground and landed gently on a fence. Bruised leg. Air became very turbulent and pilot suffered collapse and stall. Pilot crashed into heather covered hillside but was uninjured.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt
