Pilot was caught off balance, pulled forward and downhill after glider unexpectantly pitched forward at launch. Arrested fall sustaining injury. During landing and taking off the end of the chest strap became trapped in the speed system resulting in the speed system being fully applied on one side. With difficulty the pilot managed to control a long slow turn to execute a safe landing.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt
