Summary
Pilot suffered a cascade collapse incident while flying in a competition in India. The pilot was unable to recover the glider despite stalling twice in an attempt to 'reset' the wing. Pilot landed heavily in a 'tail slide'. Subsequent inspection showed the brake lines had shrunk by 16cm after less than 50 hours. This resulted in brake being applied inadvertently when full bar was applied.
