The glider came down 'nose first'. On relaunching the pilot did not carry out a pre-flight check and was lifted off the ground with a full twist in his risers. Pilot landed heavily. Once clear the pilot applied brake before releasing the speedbar. Pilot applied more brake to counter turbulence then glider stalled and rotated into the hill from approx 10m.
