Glider cravatted and entered rotation. Pilot deployed reserve but became entangled in parachute. Pilot managed to get parachute off and it eventually deployed with some damage.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt

Pilot lost pressure in right side of wing and applied brake but was lifted by the gust and dropped 5 metres to his left.	Injury Pilot: Minor Injuries

Inspection of wing showed a rod was missing from leading edge upper surface on the left side of the wing. Pilot does not know what event caused the rod to be missing.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt

Pilot fell into his wing but was able to deploy his parachute. Pilot landed in the sea but was saved by the coast guard.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt

Pilot landed heavily in sink attempting to slope land. Pilot slid down into rocks.	Injury Pilot: Minor Injuries

Pilot could not release the knot so flew down to the landing field making only careful left turns. The knot came out on landing.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt

Pilot attempted to bottom land in switching winds and hit the ground while in mid turn, trying to land into wind.	Injury Pilot: Minor Injuries, Feet, Legs

Date 17.06.2022 (E23903)	Pilot Male Age: 23 Rating: P Flying Experience: 7 years 110 hours (30 hours) 70 flights (60 flights)	Location Kobala, Tolmin, Slovenia	Wing Type Paraglider Wing: BGD Base2lite Launch Type: Foot	Summary Whilst performing a spiral dive into a bottom landing field, the pilot noticed first stages of a blackout. The pilot was able to exit the spiral dive before total loss of vision and recovered and landed safely. Contributing factors were dehydration and tiredness.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt
