On inspection it was found that the release could be made to release accidentally by applying force to the right side. The release was an unbranded copy of a Koch type, twin gate release. The glider is three years old with approx 60 hours airtime.	Injury Unknown

Date 06.01.2023 (E27699)	Pilot Male	Location N/A, N/A, UK	Wing Type Paraglider Wing: Ozone Rush 6	Summary Glider service on glider less than one year old discovered extensive wear in the area of the stiffening rods on the upper surface, towards the leading edge. Fabric was completely torn in at least 12 locations. Glider had been through two SIV courses at Oludeniz where the abrasive take off surfaces are suspected to have caused the damage.
