Glider came up slightly asymmetrically. Pilot eventually moved under the wing, but failed to load the glider up with his body weight. Glider experienced a small frontal collapse on the edge of take off. Pilot fell off the front of launch. The glider did not fully recover before the pilot hit the road below.
